PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid injection head capable of certainly preventing a piezoelectric element from being damaged for a long time, a liquid injection device and a ventilating method of the liquid injection head. SOLUTION: The liquid injection head comprises at least one air-feed hole 15 which makes a piezoelectric element keeping portion 31 of a protective substrate 30 communicate with the outside while being sealed with a first sealing member 100 installed so as to be capable of being opened by an airflow from the outside and one exhaust hole 16 which is sealed with a second sealing member 110 installed so as to be capable of being opened by an air flow from the side of the piezoelectric element keeping portion 31.
