PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-color molding clip capable of lessening generation of burrs in the secondary molded portion as much as practicable in case a stabilizer of the clip is formed in the secondary molded portion. SOLUTION: The two-color molding clip is composed of a primary molded portion 2 having at least an engagement part 3, its seat part 4, and a column 5 for mounting the seat part 4 and the secondary molded portion 7 having the stabilizer 7a continued to the side end of the engagement part 3 of the seat part 4, and is arranged so that the primary molded portion 2 is set in the die for the secondary molded portion 7 and the secondary molded portion 7 is formed in a single piece with the primary molded portion 2, wherein at the time of molding the secondary molded portion 7 and the primary molded portion 2 in a single piece, a cover part 7b to serve as the secondary molded portion 2 is formed continuously to the side end of the seat part 4 of the stabilizer 7a of the secondary molded portion 7, in such a way as enwrapping the seat part 4, and the forefront 7c of the cover part 7b is molded in a single piece with the surface of the column 5 for mounting the seat 4.
