PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of wastefulness of memory resources due to redundancy of codes for retracting and returning a register at the time of receiving interruption, since the codes are conventionally prepared for every interruption. SOLUTION: This instruction fetching device 110 comprises an instruction execution control means 112, a program counter 113, a return address storing means 114 from the interruption, and an instruction code selector 111. The instruction execution control means 112 changes the value of the program counter 113 according to the process stage at the time of interruption, and it switches the instruction code selector 111 and selects the output of an instruction code storing means 120 or the output of an interruption code storing means 130. Thereby, the codes for retracting and returning the register at the time of interruption are aggregated into one interruption code storing means 130, and the memory resources are saved on.
