PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chloride ion concentration measuring method in a concrete structure capable of measuring accurately the chloride ion concentration in the concrete structure when a sample is collected by a drill. SOLUTION: The ratio of an aggregate in the sample acquired by excavating the concrete structure by the drill is determined, and the chloride ion concentration in the concrete structure is determined on the basis of the ratio of the aggregate, the chloride ion concentration in the sample, and the ratio of the aggregate in the concrete structure. Hereby, even if a part except the aggregate in the sample, namely, a cement paste part, is not uniform, the chloride ion concentration in the concrete structure can be measured accurately.
