The inventive immunostimulator having antineoplastic action is embodied in the form of an apathogenic viral culture which is produced by adapting the antiviral strain ECHO-type Picnoviridae Enterovirus to a tumour, said strain being usually derived from a human bowel. The novelty of said invention lies in that the strain is derived from the bowel of a child 2-5 years old and the inactivation carried out on tumour tissues of different patients is associated with the successive proliferation of the inactivated strain on a human embryo fibroblast culture. The inventive method ensures maximum immunostimulating activity of the preparation. Said immunostimulator actively counteracts recurrent tumours and increases dissemination time in such a way that only subcutaneous and lymphgland metastases, which are easily eliminated from an organism, are formed in case of recurrences.
