Provided is a structure of installing a heat insulating curtain consisting of a heat insulating material and a dampproof material for a cattle shed. A heat insulating curtain(10) includes an inner light shielding film for shielding light, a heat insulating material with a chemical cotton contained in plural nonwoven fabric, a dampproof material made of synthetic resin for protecting the heat insulating material from moisture immersed from the exterior, and an outer light shielding film for protecting the dampproof material from the infrared rays. The heat insulating curtain is secured to a wall(2) by fastening a lower portion of the curtain to a lower portion of a cattle shed using plural securing pieces(30). Plural protecting pieces(70) are secured to both sides of the wall.
