<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a sufficient space required for replacing an ink cartridge and to prevent leakage of ink mist, etc., during normal use. <P>SOLUTION: In the image reader/recorder comprising a flat bed reading section 2 and an inkjet print section, the flat bed reading section 2 is opened and a cartridge door 133 in front of a recording section is also opened when an ink cartridge 39 is replaced thus ensuring a wider replacing space and the image reader/recorder can be enclosed completely at the time of normal printing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
