<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information such as store information, sightseeing information, notice from administration, event information, weather information, local bulletin board, circular notice, traffic information, disaster information and English and personal computer classroom information in a method applicable to a wide range field, and to designate layout or the like without any professional knowledge. <P>SOLUTION: This Web image and text information providing system is provided with a plurality of display parts 21, 23 and 26 having programs independently defined on one or more Web servers to execute a plurality of instructions from the other display parts 23 and 26 for executing several common instructions, and for issuing instructions corresponding to action received from the outside to the other display components. When the display part is selected, the display part is made to display information providing areas 22 from two or more Web servers on the same screen, and to display the information providing areas 22 displayed on the same screen by interlocking them with each other.
