<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convert pressure and air quantity energy of exhaust air released to the atmosphere without being reused into electric power by a small wind turbine generator by putting right persons in right places, use the electric power in an arbitrary method, achieve energy saving, suppress consumption of the new energy, and reduce CO<SB>2</SB>emission as a result. <P>SOLUTION: The small wind turbine generator 3 is installed in a blower exhaust port 1d of exhaust air of a rotary blower 1 generated by rotation of the rotary blower 1.
