<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide waste plastic liquid fuel obtained by liquefying waste plastics and provide a method for producing waste plastic liquefied fuel in which excellent fuel of high combustion efficiency is obtained efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: Used and waste plastics are selected, crushed, if necessary, fused with heat and simultaneously, calcined animal bone powder prepared from animal bones and oil are added thereto to prepare crude fuel (A). Then, the crude fuel (A) is gasified and separated into the gasified crude fuel (B) and the gasification residue (C). The gasified crude fuel (B) is cooled down to be liquefied. To the liquefied crude fuel (B), is added with water in an amount of 80 to 120 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the crude fuel (B), when necessary, surfactant is admixed to prepare the crude fuel (D) and the fuel (D) is used as a waste plastic liquid fuel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
