<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a binding force of a high pressure tank and a frame for supporting this, and to allow a high pressure pipe connected to the high pressure tank to respond to relative movement with the high pressure tank and a component other than the high pressure tank. <P>SOLUTION: A high pressure tank 1 for storing high pressure gas is fixed by a tank band 11 via a telescopic restraining member, and the tank band 11 is fixed to a tank frame 3 arranged under the floor of the vehicle body via an elastic supporting member.
