PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display system, a method, and a program by which an image is extracted from a moving image series and displayed in various styles. SOLUTION: Provided are a template selecting means for selecting a template wherein a plurality insert areas are prescribed, a moving image selecting means for selecting a moving image series, an extraction condition setting means for setting a 1st condition for narrowing down the selected moving image series to a 1st image group without making it correspond to the plurality of insert areas of the selected template respectively, and a display means of extracting a 2nd image group including images as many as the plurality of insert areas from the moving image series according to the set 1st condition, a specified 2nd condition, and the number of the plurality of insert areas, and inserting the plurality of images included in the extracted 2nd image group into the plurality of insert area one to one and displaying them.
