PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-welded structure in which it is possible to easily recognize whether welding is exactly conducted. SOLUTION: In the vibration-welded structure obtained by inserting an edge portion 2a of a front cover 2 (a welding member) in a groove 1a formed along the circumferential margin of a facing plate 1 (a member to be welded) to contact it followed by fixing and integrating both the members into one body by vibration-welding, a notch 2a1 having predetermined depth d1 and predetermined length L1 is made in a part of the edge portion in the front cover 2 before insertion. A notch 1b1 having a depth d2 from the upper end to the bottom surface of the groove 1a and a predetermined length L2 is made on the outside surface 1b of the groove 1a at a position corresponding to the notch 2a1 of the front cover 2 in the facing plate 1.
