PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid control valve which can prevent air bubbles from remaining inside and prevent another fluid equipment arranged downstream from generating a defect due to the air bubbles, and also provide a droplet discharge device using the fluid control valve. SOLUTION: Fluid control valves 47, 71 comprising a tank 211 in which a fluid passes through, an inflow port 212a through which the fluid flows into the tank 211, an outflow port 213a through which the fluid flows out from the tank 211 and a valve body 222 which opens/closes the inflow port 212a or outflow port 213a, wherein the inflow port 212a is arranged below the outflow port 213a.
