PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speech recognition device constituted to use a language data based on a broadcast content broadcasted from a broadcasting station also for an important item. SOLUTION: Speech signals of the broadcast content as it is are stored together with the language data based on the broadcast content broadcasted from the broadcasting station. The speech signals are regenerated to make a user listen thereto (S215), and effectiveness of the speech signal is judged by the user therein to acquire a judged result (S220). A mark data for meaning the effectiveness is imparted to the language data corresponding to the speech signal when the user judges the content of the speech signal as effective (S230), and the the language data corresponding to the speech signal is delated together with the speech signal when the user judges the content of the speech signal as not effective (S235).
