PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the discharge efficiency of the drum of a truck mixer vehicle and to shorten a discharge time. SOLUTION: The cross-sectional area of a discharge path at the discharge end of the drum of the truck mixer vehicle is made uniform or increased gradually toward the discharge side. Moreover, a cylinder chute with a blade is rotated in the discharge end of the drum, or the discharge end drum, the blade, and the cylinder chute are integrated and rotated/supported independent of a drum main body end part.
