PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin pellet manufacturing apparatus capable of reducing the moisture content in a resin pellet. SOLUTION: This resin pellet manufacturing apparatus is constituted so as to manufacture the resin pellet by extruding a molten resin from an extruder, and cooling and solidifying the obtained extrudate to cut or crush the same and has the extruder having a die for extruding the molten resin, the cooling stand arranged on the molten resin extruding side of the extruder to cool the extruded resin and characterized in that the upper surface is downward inclined toward the extruding direction of the resin and a groove part for guiding the extruded resin is provided on the upper surface along the longitudinal direction of the cooling stand, a vibration means for vibrating the cooling stand and a granulation means for cutting or crushing the soldified resin fed out of the cooling stand to granulate the same. The extruder has a T-die while the T-die has a plurality of die holes for extruding the molten resin and the cooling stand preferably has a plurality of groove parts for receiving the molten resin extruded from a plurality of the die holes to guide the same.
