PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly resume cutting by allowing a movable cutting edge member to smoothly reenter paper after forming uncut parts, regarding a cutter for cutting leaving a plurality of uncut points. SOLUTION: This cutter has the movable cutting edge member 71 and a fixed cutting edge member 120. The movable cutting edge member 71 has pointed parts 72-2b, 73-2b pointed in a Y2 direction, at parts facing inlet parts 73a, 74a out of cutout parts 73, 74.
