PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure and a method for sealing a hole of a tube body with which good holding volume is secured and the deformation of a constituting member can be prevented even in the case of using under high pressure. SOLUTION: The tube body 11 hold a hole sealing plate 12 formed with an annular groove part 12a on the outer peripheral surface. Then, in the tube body 11, an inner peripheral projecting part 11a abutted on the annular groove part 12a is formed with a forming roll T of a form-rolling machine from this outer peripheral surface side. In this way, the hole sealing plate 12 is calked and fixed to the tube body 11. Successively, the tube body 11 is compressed in the axial direction. In this way, the inner peripheral projecting part 11a of the tube body 11 and the annular groove part 12a of the hole sealing plate 12 are mutually and tightly abutted. In this way, the gas-tightness between the tube body 11 and the hole sealing plate 12 is sufficiently secured. Further, the hole sealing plate 12 is firmly fixed to the tube body 11 by abutting the inner peripheral projecting part 11a of the tube body 11 on the annular groove part 12a of the hole sealing plate 12.
