PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine with separately mounted game control means and put-out control means, permitting secure management of the put-out of winning balls. SOLUTION: The game machine comprises a put-out detecting means for detecting the put-out of prize game media by a put-out means, an unpaid number data subtracting means for executing the subtraction of unpaid number data indicating the number of prize game media yet to be put out in the planned number of prize game media to be put out by the put-out process based on the detection output of the put-out detecting means, and an error state setting means for changing the control state related to the put-out to the error state when a prescribed condition for an error is established. Accordingly, as the subtraction process of the unpaid number data is executed by the unpaid number data subtraction means when the detection is outputted from the put-out detection means in the error state, put-out of prize game media can be securely managed when the put-out of prize game media is detected.
