PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely set the outer shape of a shield body by giving priority to its design etc. in spite of making shielding members associated with the turning of a movable member with a reclining shaft as a fulcrum for always covering the opening of the shield body. SOLUTION: In the shield for the reclining device, the reclining device 18 of a seat and a part of a movable member (upper arm 16) turned with the reclining shaft 19 as the fulcrum are covered with the shield body 20, and an opening 22 is formed extending to the turning range of the movable member at this shield body 20. In order to always keep covering the opening 22 of the shield body 20, the shielding members 30 and 31 associated with the turning of the movable member are provided.
