PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a threshing apparatus having improved separation performance of firstly recovered whole grain. SOLUTION: In this threshing apparatus with which a threshing cylinder 31 is pivotally mounted in a threshing chamber 33, a material to be treated leaking down from a threshing net 30 at the downside of the threshing chamber 33 is dividedly received by both of an upper transport shelf 51 and a lower transport shelf 52 vertically arranged at two stages, shaken and separated while being moved, the starting end part of the lower transport shelf 52 and the starting end part of the threshing chamber 33 are installed approximately at the same position, the starting end part of the upper transport shelf 51 is arranged at a middle part of the threshing chamber 33 and a front sieve 53 is laid ahead the upper transport shelf 51.
