Nourishment glutinous rice with Anguilla japonica and a method for preparing the same rice are provided, which nourishment glutinous rice has improved nutrients from Anguilla japonica, and improves human health, so that it can be useful for old person, children and patients. The method for preparing the nourishment glutinous rice with Anguilla japonica comprises preparing Anguilla japonica and cutting it in the size of 5 cm; mixing garlic, onion, kiwi and seasoning sauce, and boiling the mixture for 15 minutes; mixing the cuttings of shiitake mushroom and carrot, boiled mixture of garlic, onion, kiwi and seasoning sauce, and soaked rice in water for 10 minutes; and boiling the mixture.
