To provide an apparatus for producing oxygen water, wherein the apparatus sterilizes water within a short time and increases dissolved oxygen in water, improves sterilizing power by compositely sterilizing water according to functions and improves dissolution ratio of oxygen by ejecting a mixture of water and oxygen. The apparatus for producing oxygen water comprises: a water tank(11); a circulation pipe(12) connected to the water tank to circulate water in the water tank; a circulation pump(15) installed on the circulation pipe; an oxygen dissolver(40) installed on the circulation pipe to dissolve oxygen into water by mixing oxygen generated from an oxygen generator(30) with water; a first sterilization means(20) installed on the circulation pipe; and a discharge pipe(13) which is connected to the circulation pipe, and on which a valve(14) is installed, wherein the first sterilization means comprises a case, at least one pair of electrode plates and a voltage impressing means, and wherein the oxygen dissolver comprises a housing, an orifice part, an oxygen ejection nozzle part and a turbulence generation part.
