A method for winding a low-voltage bobbin of a flyback transformer is provided to combine forward windings with reverse windings when wires are wound on a low-voltage bobbin, thereby reducing the length of wires and a winding time. The first wire is wound with predetermined number of turns through a reverse winding(301), and is connected by being wound on a pin 9 set to an E1 terminal(302). The wound first wire is re-connected by being wound on a pin 6 set to a ground terminal(303). The first wire is wound on a slit B with 3 turns in clockwise direction through a forward winding up to a pin 7 prior to the pin 6(304). The first wire is connected by being wound on a pin 5 set to an E2 terminal through a forward winding in clockwise direction with 20 turns(305), and an end of the first wire is cut(306). The second wire is sequentially wound on slots with 30 turns each, through a forwarding winding, and the second wire coming from one of the slots is wound on a pin 1 set to a collector terminal(307). The second wire connected to the pin 1 is sequentially wound on slits with 30 turns each, through a reverse winding(308), and an end of the second wire is cut(309).
