A remote controller receiving module with enhanced orientation angle characteristics is provided to enhance efficiency of transmission of a signal because of an increased amount of light although light is made incident at an orientation angle inclined from a front surface. Auxiliary lenses(20) are formed as convex lenses at both sides of a light receiving lens(12). The light receiving lens(12) formed as a central cylindrical convex lens collects light made incident on a main body(11) made of epoxy to a photodiode. The auxiliary lenses(20) formed as cylindrical concave lenses scatter light made incident from a front side radially at a boundary surface of a medium, to thereby increase an overall amount of light in addition to the light made incident from the light receiving lens(12).
