PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide test equipment which can obtain more effective data in the purpose of utilizing counting result obtained by product counting performance for the control of production number or the like as the test equipment installed in the manufacturing process of mass-produced goods. SOLUTION: In the test equipment of mass-produced goods which is used for the inspection of products produced in mass-production while making them move on a conveyance line, the equipment comprises a conveyance line 3 for inspection which connects to the conveyance line, a plurality of product detecting sensors of 12, 13, 14 detecting whether a product 1 exists or not on the conveyance line for inspection, and an absolute encoder 8 which is a means of tracing the transfer of the product on the conveyance line for inspection. Further, it can judge integrity among the existence/non-existence detections of the products which are detected by the plurality of product detecting sensor respectively on the basis of product transfer tracing information obtained by the means of tracing product transfer.
