PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a watertight pan capable of adjusting the right and left (lateral width) dimension corresponding to the frontage dimension such as a balcony or the like, keeping an excellent drainage even if the lateral dimension becomes large, and executing with ease the inspection and maintenance of the lower side of the watertight pan. SOLUTION: The watertight pan P is formed by watertight connecting mutual right and left end pans P<SB>1</SB>, P<SB>2</SB>or by watertight connecting one or more intermediate pans and right and left end pans to each other, a rectangular opening 3 is formed along the front edge of the end pan and the intermediate pan. Gutter members 4a, 4b whose both ends are closed to each opening are watertight fitted, a drainage pipe line where water discharged from a drain port 43 of each gutter member is made converge is provided. The number of connection of the intermediate pans is increased to make adjustable the lateral length. Rainwater flows separately in each gutter members 4a, 4b and is swiftly discharged through the drain pipe line from each drain port, and hence, excellent drainage capacity can be kept even in the time when a watertight pan with a large lateral dimension is assembled. Underside inspection and maintenance of the watertight pan can be executed with ease through the opening 3 if the gutter members 4a, 4b are removed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
