PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for synthesizing a dendrimer in an aqueous solution under mild conditions of breaking no biomembrane. SOLUTION: The method for producing the dendrimer is carried out by using an amino acid having two functional groups A and one functional group B capable of reacting and bonding with the functional groups A, a peptide composed of the same amino acid or a peptide having the functional groups A and B, as a building block, and by using a material having the functional groups A, as a central nucleus, through bonding reaction between the functional groups A and B in an aqueous system.
