PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor lighting lamp which can be miniaturized. SOLUTION: This lighting lamp has a design part 55 having a lens 54 fixed to a bezel 53 which can be mounted in an opening 52 provided in a ceiling trim 51 to be an interior trim material of a vehicle, and a function part 57 arranged on a rear surface 51a side of the ceiling trim 51 by being supported by the design part 55 and provided with a light source 56. The design part 55 can be locked at an edge part of the opening 52 by a clip 58 provided in the bezel 53. A function part body 60 of the function part 57 is supported to project along the rear surface 51a of the ceiling trim 51 from the edge part of the opening 52 by the function part 57.
