PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for more easily molding a molded product having a fine structure having a high aspect ratio or a small angle R at a low cost, a molding method, a molding machine and an optical element. SOLUTION: Uniform fluorine coating is applied to the surfaces of the aspheric shapes 3a and 10a and fine shapes 3b and 10b of movable molds 3 and 10 through dry etching treatment.
