PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bending method, which prevents deformation on a tubular material after bending operation, reduces labor and man-hours, and shortens working hours. SOLUTION: When an outer tube Po is bent, a crossed-section of a bending portion of the outer tube Po is deformed on an approximately elliptical shape in which an outer side of bending is tapered by means of a pressure die 6 arranged in front of the bending portion, and then, the outer tube Po is completely bent.
