PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a backrest part thin and light while securing a linkage function of inclining the backrest part linked with the front and rear movement of a cushion part. SOLUTION: A seat 6 includes the cushion part 7 attached to a floor panel 4 so as to be freely movable in a front and rear direction; the backrest part 8 freely inclinable in the front and rear direction with respect to the cushion part 7; a second pin member 11 which is arranged in the backrest part 8 and extended substantially in a left and right direction; and a linking member 9 which is freely turnably connected to the cushion part 7 and where a movement groove 9a for putting through the second pin member 11 is formed.
