Abstract of the Disclosure Disclosed herein is a cosmetic composition comprising substantially rectilinear rigid fibres and at least one compound chosen from film-forming polymers and waxes, the composition having a thixotropic plastic behaviour. The composition exhibits a good dispersion of the rigid fibres and allows for a homogeneous deposition on the keratinous materials. For example, the composition can confer a good effect of lengthening of the eyelashes. Also disclosed herein is a method for making up and care of keratinous materials, for instance applying the composition as a mascara.
