Method and system (1) allows multiple customized views, which are organization, user role, and end-user specific, to be generated from a single search engine (31) and a product database (25). The database (25) is assembled to contain product information (15), pricing information (17), organization-specific configurations defining approved suppliers and other similar items and views which are defined by organization. The product information (15) is arranged and indexed by key product information. A search mask (33) created for each product based on various filters to allow selected products to be identified through the filter function. |
