A power generator combined use for water supply/discharge device by water purifying pressure is provided to induce backflow of liquid by separating and binding gravity by the tare of the liquid in the modified atmospheric pressure caused by mixing the characteristics of the gravity and the liquid, thereby generating power. A power generator combined use for water supply/discharge device by water purifying pressure includes pressure water(14) having pressure stored in a storing container(60), and two pressure expansion/retraction packs connected in parallel at intersections between a pressure pipe(18) and a pressure discharge pipe(15) at a lower part of the storing container. Pressure blocking elements(41,42) are provided to the packs for intersecting pressure of the pressure water. By the expansion/retraction of the packs, a reciprocating rotation die(50) carries out reciprocation, to which a water supply/discharge expansion/retraction pack(20) is connected in parallel at intersections between a water drain pipe(19) and a water supply pipe(16). Two packs(21,22) carry out retraction by the reciprocation rotation, so that the pressure water becomes circulating and the water supply/discharge expansion/retraction pack moves toward the storing container by two backflow blocking element(33,34).
