A traffic light is provided, which has a count down function without changing the shape of the traffic light and also has a micro processor. The traffic light has an alpha-numeric dot matrix type 7-segment function, and can display characters and symbols of any type with prediction capability, and can be turned on individually. The traffic light can be used as a yellow light and a green light like the prior traffic light.
