A picture frame which has a cubic effect and manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily express and manufacture a picture frame which have a cubic effect. The picture frame which has a cubic effect includes a picture part(20) in which a draft with various kinds of patterns and colors is on the surface of the plate with an arbitrary size, device parts(30) which have picture pieces with various patterns to have a cubic effect by being laminated on the surface of the draft drawn in the picture part(20) and a sticker portion(41) with release paper attached to both sides of the sticker portion(41) by punching work in order for the draft of the picture part(20) and picture pieces laminated on the surface of the draft of the picture part(20) to be attached to each other with an arbitrary space.
