A precipitation-type thawing machine spreading uniform bubbles is provided, thereby uniformly supplying warm air to a thawing tank in order to uniformly thaw frozen fish blocks, so that quality of thawed fish can be improved. The precipitation-type thawing machine(10) spreading uniform bubbles comprises a box-shaped top-opened thawing tank; a box-shaped top-opened dipping box(30) which has a plurality of penetrating holes(150) in the bottom and sides, and selectively placed in the thawing tank; and a link(40) which moves the dipping box(30) from the thawing tank upward, wherein the thawing tank comprises a main pipe(100) in the lower side to supply the warm air from the outside to the thawing tank, a plurality of branch pipes(110) communicated with the main pipe(100), and a warm air supplying pipe(130) which is positioned in the bottom of the thawing tank, is connected to the branch pipes(110), and has a plurality of air spraying nozzles(140); and a ratio of the inner diameter of the branch pipes(100) to the inner diameter of the main pipe(100) is 1:5 or less.
