An auxiliary brake system of a vehicle is provided to take precautions against an accident by reaffirming stop of the vehicle through urgently generating an auxiliary braking power at front wheels, one sort of a driving wheel, when a main brake is randomly released to move the vehicle without any operation of drivers. An auxiliary brake system of a vehicle comprises an operating lever sensor(11) installed on an operating lever mounting bracket(2) rotationally shaft-supporting an operating lever(1) to detect operation of the operating lever for parking; a wheel sensor(12) attached on a caliper of a disk brake installed at front wheels to detect a rotating state of the front wheels after finishing operation of the operating lever; a plurality of rack gears(13) integrated on pistons(3) constituting the disk brake; a plurality of driving motors(15) having pinion gears(14), tooth-engaged with the rack gears, on motor shafts(15a); and a controller(16) utilizing electric signals transferred from the operating lever sensor and the wheel sensor, selectively constraining a brake disk(4), and controlling motion of the driving motors so as to generate the auxiliary brake power at the front wheels.
