A method for producing a recombinant protein using a plant secretion system is provided, thereby increasing stability of the recombinant protein, and easily isolating and purifying the recombinant protein by secreting the recombinant protein to the outside of the plant cells. The method for producing a recombinant protein using a plant secretion system comprises the steps of: (i) synthesizing genes encoding secretion signal peptides RS1 and RS2 derived from Nepenthes alata; (ii) constructing the plant expression vectors pRS1 and pRS2 containing the signal peptide genes; (iii) inserting a gene gus as a reporter gene into the plant expression vectors pRS1 and pRS2 to produce vectors pRS1-gus and pRS2-gus; (iv) inserting the vectors pRS1-gus and pRS2-gus into Agrobacterium tumefaciens GV3101 through conjugation; (v) dipping cotyledon of a plant in the Agrobacterium tumefaciens GV3101 cultured medium containing acetosyringone and co-culturing them; (vi) culturing the cotyledon of the plant on a selection medium to induce shoots; and (vii) rooting the shoots in a rooting medium, wherein the plant is selected from melon, cucumber, water melon, rape and tobacco. |
