PREPARATION METHOD OF COMPOSITION FOR ALKALINE PAINT USING WASTE LIME

A process is provided to produce a basic paint composition by using waste lime. The produced basic paint composition is excellent in electrodeposition of coating, film formation and a coating property like a gloss keeping property and can prevent surface corrosion. The process comprises the steps of: mixing 10kg of the waste lime, 1.2kg of red soil, and 1kg of rice straw and heat-treating at about 580deg.C for about 8 minutes; grinding the heat-treated waste lime to a particle size of about 650 micrometer and mixing about 10kg of the waste lime powder, about 35g of burned rice straw ash having a particle size of about 650 micrometer, and red soil powder heat-treated at 900deg.C and having a particle size of about 650 micrometer and then heating and stirring.
