A cup having a non-slip unit formed thereon and a manufacturing device thereof are provided to prevent slipping of a cup by forming a non-slip unit on the bottom of the cup. The cup having a non-slip unit formed thereon includes a non-slip material that is applied on the bottom of the cup. The non-slip material(120) is applied on the bottom of the cup to be protruded regularly in a predetermined distance. A silicon is used as the non-slip material. The manufacturing device of the cup having a non-slip unit includes a non-slip unit comprising a coating roller installed at one side of the mold wherein a liquid non-slip material is injected, and a pushing member for preventing the cup from being lifted.
