An airtight container is provided, which comprises metal nanosilver uniformly, therefore the whole airtight container has an excellent antimicrobial ability uniformly with a very small amount of the metal nanosilver. And a preparation method of the airtight container is also provided. The airtight container is produced by a process comprising the steps of: mixing the metal colloid-state nanosilver particles having a size of less than 10 nanometer and a concentration of more than 10,000ppm with an unprocessed plastic resin powder or a granule type material selected from a plastic, polypropylene, SAN, or a carbonate; condensing the mixture by an extruder to make the nanosilver of 200-600ppm; storing the condensed material in a silo equipped with a blender; discharging the material in the fixed form through a dice; cooling the discharged material by a colloid solvent, distilled water of 40-50deg.C, ethanol of 20-30deg.C, or ethylene glycol solvent; cutting the cooled material to the fixed size to prepare a first material; drying the first material; mixing 5-15%(based on 200ppm) of the first material with a plastic material; storing the mixture in a silo and extruding.
