An inductive idea incubating model realized on an online site based on wireless communication and the Internet is provided to diversely design an optimized business model according to Internet operation by targeting on creative thought or idea. A model site(S) and a server classify/keep projects posted to the model site. Many and unspecified members(B) formed by connecting to the model site form an incubating subgroup by selecting more than one project. Including more than one routine for offering/selecting the idea for the projects, the incubating subgroup performs design of the idea optimized to the projects.
