PROJECTION CATHODE RAY TUBE

A projection cathode ray tube is provided to reduce the volume and manufacturing costs of the cathode ray tube by significantly reducing the number of components of the cathode ray tube. A projection cathode ray tube comprises an electron gun(3) for emitting electron beams; a panel(1) on which two or more phosphors for emitting light by the electron beams are deposited so as to form a first screen(1a); two or more lenses opposed to the first screen of the panel; and a deflection yoke(5) for projecting images expanded by the lenses onto a second screen.
