A multi-polarized manual blade is provided to form a multi-polarized filter having transmission windows of various angles by adjusting second and third blades on the basis of a first blade. A first blade(100) has a shape of circle and includes two or more fan-shaped transmission windows. A second blade(200) is arranged at a lower part of the first blade and includes a couple of fan-shaped shielding parts(203x,203y) for shielding a part of the fan-shaped transmission windows of the first blade. A third blade(300) has the same shape as the first blade and is arranged at a lower part of the second blade. The third blade is used for adjusting each size of the fan-shaped transmission windows of the first blade.
