A heating cooking apparatus is provided to prevent wrong connection, and to attach and detach a ceiling plate assembly from a cooking apparatus body easily by reducing length of electric wire and arranging cables simply. A heating cooking apparatus is composed of a cooking apparatus body(1) having an opening part in an upper part, heating units(10a-10c), a control unit controlling the heating units and a blower cooling the heating units and the control unit, and a ceiling plate assembly(30) composed of an edge frame(31), a ceiling plate supported in the edge frame, a part assembly mounted to the edge frame or the ceiling plate and a sub lead wire(47) connected to the part assembly and detachably mounted to the opening part of the cooking apparatus body. A wire discharge port(36) is formed in the edge frame of the ceiling plate assembly to discharge a lead wire connector(48), and a wire storage part(6) is formed in the cooking apparatus body to contain the lead wire connector corresponding to the wire discharge port. |
