PURPOSE: Provided are noodles containing natural products powder and a method for manufacturing the same. The natural products include sea tangle, Polygonatum odoratum var. pluriflorum Ohwi., black rice, red beans and Glycine max MERR. The manufactured noodles have improved tastes, nutrients and colors. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing of noodles containing natural products powder comprises the steps of: mixing natural product powder selected from the group consisting of sea tangle, Polygonatum odoratum var. pluriflorum Ohwi., black rice, red beans and Glycine max MERR., with wheat flour and glutinous rice flour; adding vegetable oil, salt and water to the mixture to give dough; vacuum-packing and aging the dough at low temperature; rolling the aged dough, followed by aging at low temperature; and forming noodle strips by cutting the rolled dough. |
