An equipment alerting a suitable time for injecting lubricant oil in a motor driven treadmill is provided to allow a user to directly control an actuation and performance of the treadmill. The equipment alerting a suitable time for injecting lubricant oil in a motor driven treadmill includes a detecting device(20) for detecting a load current of a driving device(10), a setting device for setting a reference current for the detected current, a control device(40) for confirming a load state of the driving device, an auto oil supplying device for altering an injection time and injection amounts, and an informing device(50) for informing results confirmed from the control device to a user. The setting device includes a mode selecting part. The auto oil supplying device includes a storing member(61) for containing the lubricant oil, a piping member(62) for leading the lubricant oil between a deck(2) and a belt(1), a pumping member(63) for discharging the lubricant oil through the piping member, and a transmitting member(64) for transmitting an information about a flow rate to the control device. The informing device is provided in a form of a speaker or a visual display.
